'Fragment I' is one of three works made in the same format in the same medium with Buchanan employing yellow acrylic wash with charcoal on paper. (Fragment II and Fragment III have also been purchased by CMAG). The 'endless' section of the Hume Highway and the signs, road works and coffee shops along its path inform these works.
