From time imemmorial First Nations astronomers have looked to the stars to find food, know law, navigate the land and understand their connection to the sky and earth. The Emu in the Sky is an important constellation. The dark sky holds stars that are obscured by dust and gases and the emu appears from these hidden-star-spaces.
Arrange the templates provided to place an emu in your night sky picture. With scratching implements, create celestial marks around the emu shape. The more dense your stars, the clearer your emu will appear.
